SCHEDULEOFFERINGSYOGA + AYURVEDA

Personalized Yoga | 1:1 (60 min)

ONLINE or IN PERSON

Yoga isn't one-size-fits-all, and your practice doesn't have to be either.

Whether you're new to yoga, returning after time away, or looking for a practice that better supports your life today, we'll explore what feels right for you.

Together, we'll draw from Yoga and Ayurveda to shape a practice around your needs, helping you move with greater ease and bring the benefits of yoga into everyday life.

What to Expect

Each session is shaped around you and may include:

1. Movement – yoga poses, gentle mobility, stretching, or restorative practices

2. Breath – simple breathing practices to support awareness, ease, and balance

3. Stillness – meditation, relaxation, and opportunities to slow down and reconnect

4. Awareness – somatic exploration and mindful movement to help you notice what feels supportive in your body

📍 Your practice may change with your needs and the seasons, but the invitation stays the same: come as you are.

How It Works

Hi, I'm Jennifer

I'm a yoga teacher and Ayurveda guide who believes yoga is more than what happens on the mat. I love helping people discover practices that feel good, make sense for their lives, and offer something they can return to again and again.

I'd love to practice with you.
